Please clarify the rules of "chatter" in the field/dugout during games.  I understand that friendly chants are expected and allowed, but what about noises, screams etc., at the exact moment the pitcher releases with the express intent of causing errant pitches.  I find that type of chatter to be poor sportmanship, classless and rude...  If there is no written rule addressing this, can the board take up the issue for future seasons?  There was a great deal of anger and resentment over the past several days regarding this and thankfully the concerned parents maintained class in the situation... The girls involved however, were simply hurt...
